Pricing

All prices on the Carciami website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. All offers are subject to product availability.

Payment

Carciami accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay.

Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped. All prices are in DKK, inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out or discontinued products.

Delivery

Carciami aims to dispatch all orders within a day of order placement.

We deliver throughout Denmark and EU. For specific shipping rates and transit times, please see our shipping page.

All parcels are shipped via GLS, but might be delivered by other local postal services outside of Denmark.

Please note: If the chosen pickup location is full, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest available location. You will be notified accordingly. Should any issues arise, please contact us at info@carciami.com

Returns

Should you wish to initiate a return, please email us at info@carciami.com including your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged and that you bear the risk of the item until it is returned to us.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and in its original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods - i.e., as if you were testing the item in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered second-hand, and we may only issue a partial or no refund depending on the product's resale value.

To receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.

Pre Orders

In the event that certain products, such as our loafers, sell out quickly, we may offer them on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are generally scheduled to ship within approximately 4 weeks; however, the specific estimated shipping timeframe will always be displayed on the individual product page. Please note that no payment will be processed until the product has been dispatched from our warehouse*

* In case your payment provider’s authorization only remain valid for a limited period of time, we may need to capture the payment from your account before your order has been shipped. Please note that this does not affect your right to cancel your order or request a refund in accordance with our standard return and refund policy. For more info, contact us at info@carciami.com.

Right of Complaint

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right of complaint covering material and manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.

The right of complaint does not cover faults or damages caused by incorrect use or handling.

Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" after the defect has been discovered. Carciami will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to a full 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases made via our webshop.

The withdrawal period begins on the day:

You receive your order.
You receive the final item in a multiple-item order shipped separately.
You receive the last installment in an order delivered in parts.
You receive the first item in a recurring delivery agreement.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of notification.

Notification must be made via email to info@carciami.com, and must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the package without giving us clear notice.

Reimbursement

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us, less any reduction in value for which you are liable.

All payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred due to your choice of a non-standard delivery method), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item or you have provided documentation that it has been returned.
