Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of recieving your order to request a return.

If you are located inside of EU, you can use the link at the top of this page. Otherwise, please contact us at info@carciami.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and in its original packaging. You are of course allowed try on the shoes and wear them indoors to make sure they fit.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and order a new item once return of the original item is accepted. 

Refunds

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@carciami.com.
